Station Clock Module (SCM)
The SCM is the gateway for synchronous clock signals to be input into the Cell Exchange
products. The SCM supports an incredible range of data rates from 1 Mbps to 50 Mbps in 8
Kbps increments. The adaptive clock recovery software makes the SCM highly tolerant of
network timing ambiguities. The SCM occupies one slot in the chassis.
