
Service Retirement Policies (SRP)
There are several support policies for retired products. To determine what type of support is offered for a retired product, first refer to the Retired Product matrix (14.1) to identify the SRP code, then refer to the appropriate SRP Code Description.
Code A:
Upon expiration of current maintenance agreement, maintenance will be available on a month-to-month basis only on a best effort basis and spare units and/or replacement parts may or may not be available for these products. Milgo will provide 60 days advance notice if for any reason we are forced to terminate service on these products.Code B:
Upon expiration of current maintenance agreement, maintenance will no longer be available. No renewals can be accepted on these products. Milgo will provide 60 days advance notice prior to expiration of current agreement and stop dates will be applied to terminate customers billing.Note: In order to identify non-serialized LPA Software products and incorporate these products into the Service Retirement program the following Service Identifiers have been created:

Upon contract expiration, maintenance renewal will be at the discretion of Milgo Marketing/Sales Support.Code D:
Replacement parts/spares are at a level where maintenance service is not possible. Customers have been given 60 day advanced notification of non-renewal/termination by Milgo Marketing/Sales Support. Stop dates have been applied to policy D products to prevent renewal or to terminate customers billing on a month to month basis.Code E:
