NOTE: Select models of DAP 4100 and DAP 4150 were previously withdrawn. See Withdrawal Notice: PWA990006. The remaining models are now officially withdrawn. All additional DAP 4xxx Series related Manufacturing and Marketing part numbers not currently listed are also considered withdrawn.
These select product configurations are at the end of their life and will be withdrawn.
There is no direct replacement for this product line available from Milgo. However, similar ISDN terminal adapter functionality is available from several other manufacturers. Please contact your local sales rep for information.
We recommend that the appropriate account manager notify your customers immediately via telephone. Additionally, we suggest that a confirmation letter be sent out to each of your customers following the initial telephone call.
Any specific customer situations that may arise should be brought to the attention of the Marketing Office as soon as possible.
No concessions have been identified or planned for specific customer accounts concerning the products identified. However, consideration will be made for continued support of key customer accounts on a case by case basis.
Warranty periods are not changed by withdrawal.
Milgo will continue to provide repair and rework services subject to availability of the necessary parts for the configuration and release level that were in effect upon the Last Order Date per Warranty and/or contract agreements.
Milgo will continue to provide technical support for installation and configuration services for the Product for one (1) year from the Last Order Date or as per Warranty or Contracted agreements.
Maintenance and support services will remain available for thirty-six (36) months from the date of discontinuation or through the terms of customer’s current maintenance agreement, whichever is longer.
