NOTE: All additional PremNet Branch related Manufacturing and Marketing part numbers not currently listed are also considered unavailable.

1. Reason for Withdrawal

Demands for the above listed chassis configurations have dropped significantly and are producing virtually no revenue. Since demand for these chassis is low these products are being withdrawn immediately.

2. Replacement Product

The PN950004 (PremNet 5000 chassis) will replace the Branch chassis requirements.

3. Customer Notification

We recommend that the appropriate account manager notify your customers immediately via telephone. Additionally, we suggest that a confirmation letter be sent out to each of your customers following the initial telephone call.

4. Special Situations and Exceptions
1. Fulfilling Existing Contract Obligations

Any specific customer situations that may arise should be brought to the attention of the Marketing Office as soon as possible.

2. Concessions for Specific Accounts

No concessions have been identified or planned for specific customer accounts.

5. Policy - Repairs After Withdrawal

Warranty periods are not changed by withdrawal.

RDG will continue to provide repair and rework services subject to availability of the necessary parts for the configuration and release level that were in effect upon the Last Order Date per Warranty and/or contract agreements.

6. Policy - Technical Support After Withdrawal

RDG will continue to provide technical support for installation and configuration services for the Product for one (1) year from the Last Order Date or as per Warranty or Contracted agreements.

7. Maintenance and Service Support Policy after Withdrawal

Maintenance and support services will remain available for thirty-six (36) months from the date of discontinuation or through the terms of customer’s current maintenance agreement, whichever is longer.
