CMS HeadCount is a networking tool that allows you to: Discover all IP devices in one or more address ranges Periodically repoll the discovered devices to verify continued responsiveness Select any such device and easily launch Telnet to manage the device

CMS HeadCount runs on any Windows 95/98 or NT platform. It relies on WinSock and ICMP Ping for discovery. Use CMS HeadCount to discover your network. The list of known devices always shows you which devices are still responding. You can sort the list so that the non-responders are at the top, or simply show only the non-responders. Then use CMS HeadCount as a convenient way to initiate a Telnet session to any device in the list. CMS HeadCount is a free networking tool. You are welcome to distribute it freely, as long as you include all of the files that are part of the official distribution. You may not charge anyone for this tool; it belongs to Milgo, who has made it available at no charge to the networking community. Milgo offers no warranty of performance or support for this tool.
