The contents of this Year 2000 Readiness Disclosure are subject to the Year 2000 Information Readiness Disclosure Act (112 stat. 2386). In the case of a dispute, this Act may reduce your legal rights regarding the use of any such statements, unless otherwise specified by your contract, or by tariff.
This Year 2000 Readiness Disclosure shall not be interpreted or construed as an amendment to or alteration of a contract or warranty. Milgo Solutions's obligations and responsibilities regarding Milgo Solutions products and services are governed solely by the agreements under which they are licensed or sold.
