Milgo Solutions, Inc. has adopted a policy of sending the enclosed statement in response to Year 2000 inquiries regarding our internal systems, in lieu of responding to individual questionnaires. We are pleased to provide you with an update concerning our Year 2000 efforts.
Milgo Solutions has assessed its systems, service providers and vendors, and has inventoried its hardware, software, interfaces and systems with date-sensitive operating controls. Mission critical systems have been identified and reviewed for necessary systems replacements and/or upgrades. Work on our mission critical systems is well underway. While this process continues, Milgo Solutions continues to develop and revise its contingency plans in the event unforeseen circumstances may occur.
We recognize that the Year 2000 problem is both a business and technological challenge, to which we have assigned a high priority. We understand the important role of information technology in our business and have marshaled managerial, technological and financial resources to address the Year 2000 problem. We are committed to the task of upgrading, testing and validating our systems, and creating the appropriate contingency arrangements in preparation of Year 2000 readiness.
